Welcome managers to the 2024 All Star season.  

Please take a few minutes to fill out the registration form to manage an All Star team at SKELL.  Please let us know what you have to bring to our league as an All Star manager and why you should be selected to be an All Star Manager at SKELL.

The Little League® manager must be a leader.  All must recognize that they hold a position of trust and responsibility in a program that deals with a sensitive and formative period of a child’s development.

It is required that the manager have understanding, patience and the capacity to work with children. The manager should be able to inspire respect. Above all else, managers must realize that they are helping to shape the physical, mental and emotional development of young people.

The Little League manager must be something more than just a teacher. Knowledge of the game is essential but it is not the only badge of a Little League manager.

As an All Star manager, you will also be responsible to schedule your practices, from the date and locations given by the league.  The manager will communicate with the President or Vice President if there are questions regarding the tournament rules for All Stars.  They will need to attend ANY meeting that is requested of them regarding the All Star tournaments.  The manager will designate two coaches to work with them and will need to have a team parent to communicate information to the team.  The Manager and Coaches that are selected, understand that they will need to help volunteering at SKELL, to prepare for the District Tournament, when they are not at practice.    During the games only the manager will be the communication with umpires.
